
1. All terrain adaptation
Adopting a dedicated engineering chassis, solid tires, four-wheel drive, four-wheel steering, electronic throttle automatic transmission driving, suitable for complex roads and various tunnel constructions.
2. High speed jet
The HPS3016S series concrete wet spraying machine has an operating capacity of up to 30m ³/h. The operating volume of dry and small wet sprayers generally does not exceed 5m ³~10m ³/h.
3. Large scale spraying operation
The boom consists of an integral sliding, two-stage rotation, three folding, and a small arm telescopic structure, with a single positioning spraying height covering 17.5m, spraying width covering 31.4m, and spraying longitudinal coverage covering 15.3m, achieving no dead zones or blind spots in spraying.
4. Remote control operation, safe and environmentally friendly
The front and rear enclosed cab effectively ensures driving visibility and conforms to driving habits. The wireless remote control keeps the operator away from the palm face, effectively improving equipment operation safety.
5. Smooth pumping without easy blockage of pipes
Adopting advanced domestic pumping mechanisms, the S-shaped pipe has a smooth diameter change, low pumping resistance, and the longest pumping stroke in China, effectively reducing pulsation impact. The pumping of concrete is smooth and not easily blocked.
6. Flexible arm frame, convenient spraying
The boom adopts two-stage rotation and integral sliding, and has three folding and one section telescopic functions. Vertical rotation can simulate the contour of the tunnel for spraying operations.
7. Rebound rate below 10%
The spraying posture, pumping volume, and accelerator dosage are adjusted in real-time by the remote control, and the additive dosage is automatically followed. The concrete rebound rate can be controlled below 10%.
8. Remote control and driving
The wet spray machine can be remotely operated through the remote command center, and the chassis has road condition information recognition function, automatically braking when encountering obstacles.
9. Quick contour scanning
The laser scanner has a scanning range of 216 °, with a scanning speed of up to 10000 points per second and a scanning time of less than 2 minutes. After the scanning is completed, the tunnel contour data is automatically imported into the onboard computer.
10. High degree of informatization
The wet spraying machine can record various parameters during the construction process, automatically generate construction logs, and upload them to the big data platform for remote data analysis.
